DESEO Patisserie & Chocolaterie is a luxury Warsaw-based patisserie specialising in petit gateau pastries, cakes, artisan ice cream, and handcrafted chocolate pralines.

The founders of DESEO Patisserie & Chocolaterie are Łukasz Smoliński and Natalia Sitarska, a pair of travellers who have been running Poland’s most popular travel and culinary blog, Tasteaway, for many years.

During their culinary journeys across Europe and beyond, Natalia and Łukasz fell in love with petit gateau-style desserts and modern patisserie. That is why, in 2015, they decided to open their own patisserie in Warsaw. Today, there are already eleven DESEO locations across Poland. The main workshop is located at ul. Suwak 3 – this is where we produce all our desserts, ice cream, bean-to-bar chocolates, and nut pastes. We also host chocolate workshops for children here.

The name DESEO comes from Spanish and means desire or dream. DESEO is the realisation of the dream of owning a patisserie, and for our guests – we hope – the fulfilment of their dream of enjoying exquisite, high-quality, and beautifully crafted desserts.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without our dedicated and passionate team – both our Pastry Chefs and Front of House staff, who take care of our guests every day.

The Rozalin Palace and Park Complex is the former estate of Rozalia Rzewuska, née Princess Lubomirska. Today, over 150 years later, it opens its doors to you. Just a short distance from Warsaw, you will discover a breathtaking park and a 19th-century palace designed by Henryk Marconi – a perfect blend of elegance and classicism.

At Rozalin, we host exceptional wedding receptions, family gatherings, business meetings, unique events, as well as training sessions and conferences.

The historic park, ponds, meadows, and the palace nestled among them, alongside a banqueting marquee, avant-garde restaurant with a conference hall, and a boutique hotel, offer a wide range of possibilities – from large outdoor events to intimate gatherings around a shared table, accompanied by an exquisite Chef’s Menu.

Pałac Rozalin is the ideal retreat for those who appreciate peace, open space, and the beauty of nature. The estate is surrounded by picturesque forests, vast fields, and meadows that form part of Warsaw’s green belt. We welcome you with a menu based on local ingredients, seasonal vegetables and herbs from our chef’s garden, and meats smoked in our very own smokehouse.
